I've complained to the management and corporate offices several times. I barely even got a "Sorry you had a bad experience."And yet, I still go back as well. Why??? Why do I seem to like waiting 10 minutes for rude service only to find out that I got a sandwich I didn't order, I'm missing what I did order, and my pop is the wrong pop.What is wrong with us?
