As we discussed on December 1st, 2009, you had to improve your work quality by December 2nd, 2009 to justify continued employment with this organization. The Nick Mikula is tired of your bull shit company has tried to work with you in every way possible to develop your work skills and to meet our quality production needs. However it has become evident that your work quality is not up to the standards required of our employees in the position you were hired to perform.
This leaves me with no choice but to tell you that your employment is terminated effective immediately. Please return all company property to my foot up your ass, including your employee access badge.

With pitchers and catchers reporting to spring training this week, winter is coming to a close, spring is upon us, and baseball season is beginning. I’ve been a Cubs fan for a good portion of my life. What truly sealed the deal for me was my first visit to Wrigley Field with my mom and brother. The Cubs lost, but I was so swept up with the fun of being a Cubs fan that I decided that I would be one for life. Harry Caray leading the entire ballpark in “Take Me Out to the Ballgame” is a moment that stands out in my mind. In that song there is a lyric, “buy me some peanuts and Cracker Jacks…” It is a tradition for me and many other baseball fans to always buy Cracker Jacks at a ballgame. After I saw this video, I now know that this tradition is not shared by Harry Caray.
