This is the pork (carnitas) one. The chicken one has chicken where the pork is in this one.

Tonight I continued my quest to eat every item on the menu of every major fast food chain by consuming the new Taco Bell Cantina Tacos!  Or, well, two of the three.  I had the chicken and carnitas tacos.  Yes, they really do come with a lime wedge, no you won’t be able to squeeze any  lime juice out of said wedge.  Why? Well, the limes are taco bell limes, and they come wrapped in tin foil with the taco, so they are pretty dried out by the time you get to one and try to squeeze it.

The tacos actually weren’t that bad for the price.  I’d even say they were pretty good.  They tasted heavily of cilantro though, and the corn tortilla wasn’t great.  The pork tasted pretty close to Chipotle pork, and the chicken was average at best.

I don’t have a picture because I bought the tacos and put them in my cargo pockets to eat during the new Scott Pilgrim movie.  I didn’t think ahead, and it was too dark in the theatre to take pictures of my weird tacos.  They obviously didn’t look like the picture.  There was no realm of purple within my tin foil, only a withered, understuffed attempt at quality food from taco bell.

There’s a steak one too, but I wasn’t very hungry as I had recently eaten a yakisoba, so I will just have to enjoy it at another time.  I betcha it’s of the same quality and ratings as these two.  What is the rating you ask?  I give them 2 out of 4 tinz with jaundices.
